AMD Radeon finally released their advanced graphics card, the RX 7900 XTX, and here's how you can get it.

The AMD Radeon RX 7900 is a highly anticipated top-tier desktop graphics card built on the RDNA 3 architecture. It utilizes the Navi 31 Chip, which is made up of six Memory Cache Dies (MCD chiplets) made in 6nm and a Graphics Compute Die (GCD) made in 5nm. 

On December 13, 2022, the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX was made publicly available. The GPU was unveiled at a press conference by AMD on Nov. 3. Audience members applauded when AMD announced the GPU because of how competitively priced it was. However, rather than the RTX 4090, it seems ready to take on the RTX 4080.

Considered by tech enthusiasts as a competitor to the leading Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 and RTX 4090, AMD's new flagship GPU offers the best gaming performance on average, making them ideal for playing games in 4K resolution from 2022. 

Although still slightly less in quality than with Nvidia cards, Notebook Check reports that its raytracing performance has significantly improved from the previous generation.

AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX Price Point: Is It Worth It?

According to Dexerto, the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX costs $999. This costs slightly less than its competitor from Nvidia.

Currently, AMD offers excellent performance while undercutting both the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 16GB. When compared to the high-end and more expensive RTX 4090 from Nvidia, AMD's new GPU costs $600 less. It is, however, a little less powerful. 

However, when both businesses reveal their mid-range graphics card possibilities. Nvidia might be compelled to reduce the price of its $1199 RTX 4080 or start over with the pricing of its current series of graphics cards due to the price war, which might be fascinating.
