China is again taking the lead as the world races to embrace the 6G mobile network. China recently announced plans to host the 2023 Global 6G Technology Conference. 

6G Innovations Set to be Discussed at Nanjing Conference 

According to the story by Giz China, the conference will focus on 6G R&D, tech, scenarios, and standardization. This year's theme is "6G Integrating the World and Creating the Future Together". The event is set to be held in Nanjing, China, from March 22nd to 24th. 

The event will convene leading industry experts worldwide and invite relevant global academic organizations. This includes Finland's 6G Flagship Program, Japan's 5G Forum, and Singapore's Future Communications Program. Participants will jointly organize forums to discuss the need to promote a steady 6G network globally. 

They will also delve into 6G application scenarios and standardization progress, network architecture and endogenous security, wireless transmission and spectrum sharing, space-ground integration tech, and on-demand services.

China Making Strides for 6G Launch Through The 2023 Global 6G Tech Event 

As 6G technology is set to launch around 2030, the focus is turning to China, with the country making some exciting moves to ensure it comes out tops in the 6G network drive. Last year, the 14th Five-Year Plan digital economy development was released, highlighting the need to increase support for 6G tech R&D and actively promote the 6G global standard. 

Recently, China Mobile published the "Technical White Paper on 6G Network Architecture," which revealed the 6G overall architecture design with a "three-body, four-layer, and five-sided" structure. It was the industry's first systematic release of the 6G network architectural design. 

To fully understand how this network will progress, a three-day event named the 2023 Global 6G Tech will be held in 2021. At the event, top Chinese experts such as Wu Hequan, Liu Yunjie, Wu Jiangxing, Lu Jianhua, and the Director of the Bureau of Standards will share their views.

Purple Mountain Lab to Unveil 6G Technical White Papers at 2023 Global 6G Tech 

There will be an opening ceremony report, eight round table forums, three global forums, and four closed-door events. To fully understand how this network will progress, a three-day event named the 2023 Global 6G Tech will be held in 2021. 

At the event, Purple Mountain Lab will introduce its latest research results into the 6G network. These will include the official release of several 6G technical white papers.
