AT&T Is Offering the Google Pixel Fold at Lower Price During the Pre-Order Phase

According to XDA-Developers, this deal was spotted on AT&T, giving players more reason to attract new customers. The device is being offered for less than half its starting price of almost $1,900.

It comes as a surprise since buyers can purchase it at a discounted price even if the phone is only hitting stores. This discount would only be available at AT&T and can be purchased by buyers while it is in the preorder phase.

Deal Comes With Almost $1,000 Discount When Buyers Purchase the Google Pixel Fold Through Installment Option

The AT&T website noted that new and existing customers could save almost $1,000, or about $980, when they purchase the Google Pixel Fold through the $25/month option. It comes with no trade-in requirement if buyers get a qualifying installment plan with what was noted as an "eligible AT&T unlimited plan."

The article by XDA-Developers detailed the specifications of the foldable phone that buyers will get through the deal. It noted that the 256GB of Google Pixel Fold would be available for well-qualified customers under this deal.

Google Pixel Fold 512GB Version Sells at Just $1,080

For the Google Pixel Fold 512GB version, buyers can purchase this deal for just $1,080. It has a reported Tensor G2 with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 512GB internal storage. The device also has a 4,821 mAh battery and several cameras - a 48 MP primary, 12 MP ultrawide, and 10 MP telephoto camera.

Promotion Is Only Available for Certain Qualifying Customers

Buyers will also get a 9.5MP outer selfie camera and an 8MP selfie camera packed inside. Although the device is foldable, it still comes with an IPX8 rating, protecting it against certain elements.

To avail of this promotion, buyers would have to first sign up for an AT&T unlimited wireless plan. They also need to maintain the line of service for 36 months. It's also important to note that the $900 price point for the Google Pixel Fold is for the 256GB model.

As for the 512GB model, the Google Pixel Fold will be sold at $1,080, or $30 per month. It was also reported that the promotions don't require trade-ins and that buyers can purchase the device from Google and Amazon without any plan involved.

Customers can also enjoy additional savings with AT&T's discount programs. The company said military personnel, veterans, teachers, nurses, physicians, physicians' assistants, and their families would get 25% off on its best-unlimited plans, starting from less than $27 monthly per line when the customers get four lines.
