The last moments of the ill-fated TransAsia GE235 aircraft before it crashed into a river in Taiwan has been captured by dashcams.

Drivers in Taiwan have allegedly captured the last moments of the TransAsia Airways flight via the dashcams. The footage, however, remains unverified and shows an aircraft sliding to its left as it descends above a road.

On Wednesday, Feb. 4, morning the ATR-72 turbo-prop plane with 58 passengers on board was traveling from Taipei to Kinmen islands. Barely three minutes after the take-off, it crashed into the Keelung river at 10:45 a.m. local time, killing 32 people and injuring 16. Eleven people still remain missing. Miraculously, some people escaped the crash despite the aircraft lurching between buildings and clipping a flyover with its port-side wing. One dashcam video shows the airborne aircraft with its wings poised vertically over the highway. The left wing appears to strike the car which is on the expressway. The footage shows the plane careening to the left as it descends over the highway. The videos also reveal that TransAsia GE235 missed buildings by a whisker. A van can be spotted skidding to a stop as it manages to miss the aircraft's wing. Another video courtesy TVBS shows a taxi traveling on the same route.

The damage to the cab has likely been caused by collision with the aircraft's wing.

As rescue workers in inflatable boats attempt to bring survivors to safety, the survivors can be spotted wearing life jackets and swimming away from the wreckage. The wreckage was also being pulled to the shore from the river.
