Thinking of a career change? Let this hilarious Oklahoma cop recruitment video inspire you to apply to be one of the boys in blue. Need some more convincing? How about listening to Master Police Officer Carl Pendleton, as he entice you with his take on Frozen's For the First Time in Forever, as the unofficial song for the Norman Police Department's Academy.

In the video, Pendleton sings and dances through the halls of the Police station, just like Anna in the movie, obviously getting way too excited about getting new cadets for the Police Academy.

Pendleton urges you to "not stay Frozen in your current job" in the online recruitment video, and in words that Anna and Elsa themselves would be proud to hear, says, "We don't care if you're a bit of a fixer-upper or if you just like to have fun in the summer because July 13th our new academy starts."

According to reports, Pendleton took it upon himself to make the entire video production in order to remind everyone that although being a cop is hard work, there are ways to find reasons to smile.

He said that he was inspired to make the video immediately after he watched Frozen. As a fan of Disney and other musicals like Pitch Perfect, he thought a light-hearted video would be an innovative way to get more people to apply and become police officers.

Even Pendleton's supervisor, Lt. Lance Arnold, gave the recruiter positive reviews for his efforts, saying that it's a great way to target a whole new segment to download applications to join the force.

"The segment of the population that we inherently always had trouble recruiting are the professionals out there who want to change their current career and they just don't know how. When they think of the police they think of the recruiting videos showing the SWAT team and bike team, and that may not be what they're really after," Arnold said.
