Director David Ayer is preparing himself and the actors for the 2016 movie Suicide Squad. On Twitter, a fan asked Ayer what folks should expect Jared Leto's Joker to be like, to which Ayer responded by saying, "Majestic."

We've never heard anyone call The Joker majestic before, so the director must be taking a different turn when compared to Heath Ledger's Joker. People usually know The Joker as a mad man, the clown prince of crime who goes around killing because he can, and not because of some grand master plan.

In many ways, however, The Joker is indeed majestic when it comes down to the comic books, and we would love if David Ayer could truly bring his true ways to life in Suicide Squad.

Apart from talking about what fans should expect from Jared Leto's Joker, Ayer has been posting pre-production images on Twitter. Through Ayer's own account, followers have the chance to view what is going on behind the scenes, which includes weapons and flamethrowers in testing.

The director also had something to say about Harley Quinn.

"The case of Harley Quinn: Her madness defines her," said Ayer on Twitter. "Is she mad because of WHO she loves or because she loves him so much?"

To make things even more interesting, Ayer revealed to fans that something big is happening today. We're not certain what that is, but many believe it has a lot to do with The Joker or even the first showing of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer.

We don't believe any of those things. In fact, we think Ayer will announce the actor who will play Rick Flag. Bear in mind that the character is still without an actor, so Ayer wouldn't go ahead and give fans a glimpse at The Joker just yet until everything is set right.

Furthermore, why would Ayer be the one to drop the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer and not Zack Snyder? It makes no sense whatsoever.

At the end of the day, however, Ayer could surprise us all, so keep an open mind because anything is possible.
