Latino Review's Umberto Gonzalez has been scoring a number of major scoops lately, particularly about DC's upcoming Suicide Squad live-action film. Casting is finalized and production is set to get underway soon, so news about the film has been coming in frequently of late.

If you're unfamiliar, Suicide Squad tells the story of several villains who are offered shortened prison sentences by a shadowy government agency if they'll run black ops missions for the good guys. DC villains set to appear in the movie include the Joker (Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney) and Enchantress (Cara Delevingne).

They're lead in the field by an operative named Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman) but take their marching orders by master manipulator Amanda Waller (Viola Davis). The project's being helmed by Fury director David Ayer.

Gonzalez' latest scoop, which he's once again posted via Instagram, focuses on Harley Quinn. Apparently he'd been getting questions from fans about what kind of costume Robbie will wear for her depiction of Quinn. Gonzalez reports that the actress will be wearing multiple outfits during the movie, ranging from attire "traditional with [Batman:] The Animated Series," a prison uniform, and even a red carpet-style dress. That last one comes during a scene where the Squad infiltrates a night club.

The best part of the scoop refers to the two hyenas owned by Joker and Harley, who've appeared for years in TV series, comic books, and at least one video game (Batman: Arkham City). These "pets" appear in the film very briefly, though Gonzalez didn't report any details on the circumstances. He did mention that "the hyenas are a big motif" for Harley Quinn.

The hyenas first appeared on Batman: The Animated Series (1992-1995), which incidentally is where Harley Quinn debuted, popping up regularly alongside Joker. It wasn't until a later series, 1997's The New Batman Adventures, that the pair's proper names were finally revealed to be Bud and Lou. Those names come from renowned comedy duo Abbott and Costello.
