More than a few people will be marathon watching Netflix's Daredevil television series when it premieres Friday on the digital streaming service. If binge-watching Marvel's new live-action series isn't enough to satisfy your Man Without Fear cravings, you could always binge-read some of Daredevil's comic book history.

That's where Comixology comes in.

The digital comic book retailer is giving fans the perfect opportunity to get familiar with Matt Murdock and company with a massive Daredevil comic book sale from writer Brian Michael Bendis, the man who turned the character's fortunes around in the 2000's.

More than 60 issues of Daredevil are on sale for 50 percent off. You can grab individual issues for 99 cents, or the whole bundle of comics for $60.

It's a little disappointing that Frank Miller's classic Daredevil run isn't also on sale. Miller's dark, gritty, street-level take on the character is the primary inspiration behind the show, even featuring a nearly identical black, ninja-like costume for Daredevil as seen in the comics before he dons the iconic red suit.

Bendis' own Daredevil run is nothing to scoff at, however. He took the Daredevil that Miller made iconic and continued to add to the mythos in stunning fashion. If you had to pick up just a few issues during the sale, might we suggest Daredevil: End of Days? This eight-issue mini-series revolves around investigative reporter Ben Ulrich as he dives into the mystery of Daredevil's life. Along the way nearly all of Daredevil's enemies and allies make an appearance. Even though it deals with the death of the character, it's a great place to dive in.

If you are interested in the sale, better move quickly. The sale is on from April 7 to Thursday, April 9 at 11 a.m. EST.
