Despite the incredibly tight lid Warner Bros. has managed to keep on Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, the leaks from Suicide Squad seem nonstop.

But this week, there's a report that touches on both films — and it's a doozy.

Here's this week's rumor du jour.

Coming once again from the Instagram account of Latino Review's Umberto Gonzalez, the new report says that during Batman v. Superman, we'll get to see the new Batcave.

In at least one scene, sharp-eyed viewers will spot a mighty notorious item in the background. It seems that the uniform worn by the second Robin, Jason Todd, is on display in the Batcave.

This is a particularly significant revelation if true, because it correlates directly to a similar depiction in the comic books. There, Jason Todd's uniform was displayed after Todd was killed by the Joker.

Many years later, long after Tim Drake had taken over the Robin role, Todd was restored to life — first as an antagonist, then as a sort of antihero ally to Batman. He took on the moniker of "Red Hood," not to be confused with the Joker's identical handle from the start of his career. The uniform's inclusion in BvS suggests that Jason Todd may be coming to the DC Cinematic Universe.

Gonzalez's report lends further evidence to this notion by pointing out a major plot point in Suicide Squad. Spoilers ahead!

According to the leak, Joker and Harley Quinn start the film estranged from one another. It seems Harley is experiencing an uncharacteristic bout of guilt. What does she feel guilty about? The murder of Jason Todd. Gonzalez goes on to state that Red Hood has become "a priority character" for DC. Which means it's likely a resurrected version of Jason Todd will be cast soon and start appearing in DC movies. Seems like a natural fit for the first solo Batfleck film, don't you think?

The idea of Batman already being on his third Robin (or at least, past his second) when Bruce Wayne makes his DC movies debut fits with past descriptions of Affleck depicting the character as an older, more seasoned vigilante, well past the beginning of his crime-fighting career. This choice stands in stark contrast to the films' Superman, who's still just getting started.

It feels like we're picking up Batman while his story is well underway, instead of starting back at his beginning, which is an interesting direction with implications a-plenty. Further evidence: Suicide Squad's Joker already has a history with Batman.

Does this mean that Dick Grayson, aka the first Robin, has already graduated to become Nightwing? Is he out and about somewhere in the DCCU? And what about Tim Drake? Is he part of the picture yet? We're guessing that wildly popular fourth Robin, Damian Wayne, hasn't shown up yet, especially since he's a much more recent addition to the comics. But don't be surprised if he shows up at some point, too.

Here's Gonzalez' original report.
