What happens when Sesame Street meets the Avengers? Now we know, thanks to this funny parody that pits the muppets from Sesame Street against the evil Bon Bon, who's destroying all the world's vegetables.

In Aveggies: Age of Bon Bon, Cookie Monster, aka Dr. Brownie, must tap into his inner Hulk by turning green, getting big and eating an evil spaceship that looks a lot like a chocolate chip cookie.

But Cookie Monster has a serious problem: he doesn't have any focus and keeps thinking of other foods beyond the giant cookie that's currently chasing Onion Man around the city. This keeps Cookie Monster from achieving his goal. Can the other Aveggies help Cookie Monster keep his thoughts on the task at hand? Together, can Captain Americauliflower, Onion Man, Black Bean Widow, the Mighty Corn and Zuchin-eye save the day?

Perhaps the most amusing thing about this clip is some of the dialogue about Zuchin-eye, who is a parody of the Hawkeye character from the Avengers films. There's a lot of teasing here about how useless many Marvel fans see the character in the big budget films.

"What'd you ever do?" asks Cookie Monster in this video. Poor Zuchin-eye doesn't have much of an answer, beyond "I do stuff."

Obviously, it was inevitable that Sesame Street would tackle what's probably the biggest movie of the year. The series has already taken on Game of Thrones, Birdman and Star Wars. How could the children's show not cover the Avengers, too?

Avengers: Age of Ultron hasn't been without its controversy. Last week, two stars of the film, Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner, got into hot water over comments about Scarlett Johansson's character, Black Widow, calling the character both a "slut" and a "whore." The two actors later apologized (although one might argue that Renner's apology wasn't really an apology at all).

There was also controversy over the movie's merchandising, with Marvel and Disney leaving Black Widow off of much of their merchandise promoting the film.

Avengers: Age of Ultron makes its worldwide premiere on May 1.
