Okay frankly, we're not even sure if this qualifies as true "parkour" — because all it really seems to be is running and jumping. Hurdler runners undertake a similar motion every time they hit the track.

What makes this stunt so over-the-top crazy is where it's taking place.

If you're susceptible to vertigo or motion sickness, look away now. Seriously, do not scroll down this page. We guarantee you'll regret it.

Alright, last chance. Still here?

Don't say we didn't warn you.

And that's just a five-second clip! The full video is embedded below if you want to see all 14 seconds.

We have no details on who this is (it appears to have been posted to YouTube by someone named Oleg) or where it's taking place. However, it's certifiably insane, and very possibly illegal.

Parkour artists and other stunt performers have been upping their game in recent years, taking selfies while hanging off the roofs of skyscrapers with nothing but their fingertips, or laying across a ledge that's 1,000 feet above the ground. This run-and-jump stunt easily ranks right up there at the same level on the "stupid" scale.

Maybe it wasn't as reckless as it seems. Imagine a construction crane high above the building, with a long cord stretching down to the dude, who's wearing some kind of harness around his chest that would catch him if he slipped. What? It could happen! The camera remains pointing down the whole time, so we have no idea what's going on above the guy.

Even if that theory's not true, we're going to pretend that it is ... because the alternative is too terrifying to accept.

There's a harness, there has to be. Why else would anyone wear cutoff jorts? It's classic misdirection.

Totally.
