The wait is almost over for what could be the biggest video game release of the year: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. And in honor of that, we're seeing a lot of new gameplay videos, as well as a few players who have discovered Easter Eggs, including a funny nod to The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim.

Let's start with the Easter Egg. Website GearNuke unveiled this ode to Skyrim in The Witcher 3's card game. One of the cards comes with a description that says, "I aim for the Knee. Always."

Skyrim fans will catch that phrase immediately because one of the most popular memes to come from that game was "I was an adventurer, too, until I took an arrow to the knee." This comes from an in-game dialogue that occurs often while playing Skyrim.

It makes sense that The Witcher 3 game developer CD Projekt Red included a Skyrim mention: The Witcher 3's game's surpasses that of Skyrim, which boasted one of the longest running gameplay times when it released in 2011. As a result, Skyrim is often mentioned in reference to The Witcher 3.

Also, because the release is so close, CD Projekt Red has released lots of new video footage of the game, including gameplay on the Xbox One.

There's also the Rage & Steel video, which is so brutal that it probably isn't safe for work. But it shows that "you don't mess with Geralt."

The Witcher 3 also hosts a world with a variety of monsters, many terrifying enough to elicit nightmares. Find out more about the monsters, as well as their creation in this game developer diary.

Even Conan O'Brien isn't clueless, at least when it comes to The Witcher 3 (although he's still a "clueless gamer." Watch as he traverses the world of the game in what is probably the most hilarious playthrough you'll see of the game.

Finally, if you're planning on playing the game on the PlayStation 4, here's what it will look like.
