Now that Dez Bryant has his long-term deal—having signed a five-year, $70 million extension with $45 million guaranteed with the Dallas Cowboys last week—he can set his sights on more important things...like his ratings in the new Madden NFL 16.

After several NFL rookies took issue with their respective player ratings in the new Madden title, the Cowboys' star wide receiver followed suit, complaining about his speed rating with utter disbelief via Twitter on Thursday (July 23).

In a tweet that has since been deleted, but captured thanks to a timely Internet screen grab, Bryant said:

He wasn't done tweeting yet, though.

While Bryant isn't known for his game-breaking speed, he surely got a first step on enough cornerbacks last season to lead the NFL with 16 touchdown receptions. That does take some amount of speed...enough to get Bryant's speed rating at least into the low 90s if you ask us.

Then again, perhaps it's good that Bryant stopped complaining after all. That's because, the person behind the official Madden Twitter account has been known for snappy retorts as the Seattle Seahawks found out Thursday, when complaining about running back Marshawn Lynch's trucking rating—the ability to run over defenders—only to get a scathing zinger in return.

Hey, Dez...you can always burn defensive backs for even more touchdowns next season and force Madden to up your speed rating next year. Just a suggestion.
