Owen Hart is one of the most beloved WWE Superstars to ever grace the squared circle for the sports entertainment company.

More than 16 years after he fell to his death – via a botched harness and grapple suspension lowering him into the ring – at the May 1999 Over the Edge pay-per-view, the WWE Universe continues to remember Hart as one of the brightest pro wrestlers in history. He was 33 at the time of his death.

Now, the WWE will be releasing a new DVD about the life of the late Owen Hart entitled, Owen: Hart Of Gold, slated for a December 7 release.

Currently available for pre-order on Amazon, the Owen: Hart of Gold DVD will take a look at the youngest of 12 from the famous Hart Wrestling Family and his path to superstardom in the WWE, winning the hearts of fans worldwide and becoming known backstage as the ultimate prankster who kept his peers loose with humor.

"I knew he was going to be good," says Bret Hart, his older brother, in a preview clip for the DVD. "I had no doubt in my mind. I had no idea he was going to be that good."

Added The Road Dogg Jesse James: "It was just great to be around him at all times."

The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase also comments: "I can't think of anyone who didn't like Owen. That's the type of guy he was. Owen was an extremely fun-loving person."

The DVD also includes comments from Owen's brother-in-law Jim Neidhart, niece Natalya and her husband Tyson Kidd, Jerry Lawler, Chris Jericho, Triple H, Ron Simmons, Kevin Owens and Daniel Bryan.

Highlights from Owen's WWE career include him being a two-time Intercontinental champion, European champion, four-time Tag Team titleholder and 1994 King of The Ring winner. Truly one of a kind.
