A limited edition shoe line will let eccentric Star Wars fans take their favorite characters out for a walk starting later this month.

Gearing up for the highly-anticipated "Star Wars: Episode VII: The Force Awakens" release in December, a quirky shoe brand called Irregular Choice is getting ready to start selling its Star Wars-inspired collection soon.

Each of the collectible shoes in this limited edition lineup features popular Star Wars characters, including Darth Vader, Yoda, R2-D2 and Stormtroopers.

Designer Dan Sullivan, who founded the UK-based Irregular Choice, worked closely with Disney to create realistic products that do justice to the original characters. The Star Wars-themed shoe collection consists of 14 intriguing styles such as C-3PO flats, R2-D2 pumps and lightsaber heels, and they definitely stand out from the crowd.

Moreover, several of these models are also designed with light-up features and audio. The lightsaber heels, for instance, will boast lights and sound effects for a more immersive experience. According to Irregular Choice, the limited edition lightsaber heels "will illuminate your path to becoming a true Jedi."

"I have always been a big 'Star Wars' fan and having had huge success with our seasonal character heels over the years it made sense to try and explore new collaborations with Disney," Sullivan said. "They loved the fact we were coming at it from a unique perspective and designing something like no other collaboration has offered before."

The company has been posting teasers for its upcoming line on its blog, showing some models of its Star Wars-themed shoe collection. The company has yet to offer any pricing details.

"Irregular Choice and Star Wars have teamed up to bring YOU stunning new designs that include all your favorite characters from the original trilogy," touts the company.

Come Oct. 30, Irregular Choice will start selling this unique Star Wars-themed shoe collection through its website, as well as select stores. The collection is expected to stir some waves and will likely be in high demand.
