Ask any "Harry Potter" fan if they had a favorite chapter from the books and they'd have a hard time singling out just one to choose, if they can at all. For J.K. Rowling, however, it's easy.

A fan named Rob McCarter took to Twitter to ask the author to choose just one chapter from the entire series she considers her favorite and Rowling responded with: Chapter 34 Deathly Hallows ‘The Forest Again.

The seventh and final book in the series, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" directly follows the events from "Half-Blood Prince" and chronicles the final confrontation between The Boy Who Lived and Lord Voldemort. In chapter 34, Harry returns to the Forbidden Forest to finally face off against Voldemort, along the way meeting those he held dear that have died, including his parents.

This isn't the first time, however, that Rowling expressed her fondness for the chapter, saying in a 2007 interview that it was the chapter that made her cry the most in the final book.

It's been a while since the "Harry Potter" books and movies ended, with Deathly Hallows coming out in 2007 and the film adaptation following in 2011, but the series remains to have a special place in the hearts of fans. Rowling, in particular, has been active throughout the years, releasing bits and pieces about Harry Potter and clarifying many fan theories.

Rowling ventured away from the "Harry Potter" universe to write "The Casual Vacancy," which was released as a mini-series in HBO earlier in the year, but now she's back, writing the script for the film adaptation of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," a book about the magical creatures of the wizarding world which was published in 2001.

The film adaptation is scheduled to be a trilogy, the first one of which will hit theaters on Nov. 18, 2016. "Fantastic Beasts" stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, the famed magizoologist responsible for keeping track of the fantastic beasts in the "Harry Potter" series. Redmayne will be joined in the movie's cast by Colin Farrell, Jon Voight, Ezra Miller and Ron Perlman. David Yates is also on board as director.
