A new batch of AMD Ryzen 7 CPUs is expected to be available by 2023. According to the latest report, the upcoming processor will feature a 3D V-Cache technology which is gradually being rolled out to other CPUs.

The chipmaker claims that through this technology, it could transform its CPUs to be the best in gaming.

AMD is leaked to be releasing the next-gen Ryzen 7 5800X3D with 3D V-Cache technology in 2023.

According to a report by Wccftech, the AMD Ryzen 7 CPUs will be powered by Zen4 architecture. The bonus part for this is it will adopt a 3D V-Cache technology, the latest rumor suggests.

Per popular leaker Greymon55, the Zen4 processors will operate under the AM5 platform. For this part, the company eyes launching Ryzen 7000 chips next year.

In the same report by the tech source, AMD also plans to meet its demand en route to phasing out Zen3D. While paving the way for the Zen4D, the production for the 5800X3D will be increased to 50,000 units per quarter from 20,000 units per quarter.

Clearly, the Red team wants to innovate its next-gen processors immediately. The company is aware that other chip makers will do the same thing, as well, that is why it's hell-bent to take the production to the next level. Greymon says that the Zen4 chip production will start right away.

3D V-Cache on Leaked Ryzen 7 Chips

According to a report by Appuals, the Ryzen 7 5800X3D production is expected to end in Q42022. With that being said, the team behind this product could be planning on how to release these next-gen chips as soon as possible.

If all falls according to the plan, the production for Zen4 3D SKUs will kick off in the first quarter of 2023. For those special chips with 3D V-Cache, the rumored launch date for them could be Q32023.

Speaking of 3D V-Cache technology, this feature is helpful in "vertically" stacking the cache on a particular chip. This improvement is deemed to be impacting the processors by a mile by increasing the memory of a CPU without compromising the size of the logic circuits inside.

According to Trusted Reviews, AMD wants to power up the processors by stacking up L3 caches while retaining a similar structure which includes the threads and cores.

For gamers who want to have an extraordinary experience, the company says that they could achieve a 15% boost in gaming performance. AMD also claims that it's better than the processors which lack the said technology.

Leaked Specs of Ryzen 7 5800X3D

Last week, Tech Times reported that the rumored Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU could be an impressive option for those who haven't yet bought a new processor. The article noted that the leaked specs of this CPU are already shown on the benchmark results.

Aside from having a 3D V-cache technology, it will boast an average fps (frame rates per second) of 181. That's a lot better compared to Intel's most advanced chip which only hits 164 fps.

For its alleged price, AMD could give this away for $449. It's not bad for such a deal given how monstrous it is when it comes to gaming.
