NSA may not be so bad: It collects less than one third of all phone data

There's some good news, but it depends on how you see it. The National Security Agency (NSA), which came under fire in the past several months for its controversial surveillance and bulk data collection programs, actually collects less than 20 to 30 percent of all phone data of Americans, or far less than what was previously estimated.
