UPDATE (Filed 11:16 p.m. EST)Xbox Live Status page reports all services are back to normal.

Xbox Live is currently experiencing a service outage, and rapper and avid video gamer Snoop Dogg is definitely not happy about it.

At Microsoft's Xbox Live Status page, the Social and Gaming services of the online gaming network is shown as having limited operations, with the affected platforms being the Xbox One, the Xbox 360 and Xbox on Windows 10.

The affected services, according to the status page, are notifications and the ability of players to join other Xbox Live members in online games.

"We are aware of these issues and are working with our engineers to get this corrected ASAP!" the latest update on the page states.

The service outage is not a full shutdown, as gamers are still able to log in to Xbox Live and launch their games. However, not being able to play games online takes away a huge part of how Xbox Live members usually play, and Snoop Dogg took to social media to vent out his frustration.

His rant on Instagram, which goes out to Xbox One and Microsoft, is laced with profanity, and calls out the online gaming network's server. The rapper even mentions that he would be switching to the Xbox One's rival gaming console, Sony's PlayStation 4, if the issue is not fixed.

"It's that difficult to play somebody online," Snoop Dogg says, before asking Bill Gates what he is doing and to fix the problem.

It would appear that the rapper was trying to get in a few games on Madden, as Snoop Dogg also called out Electronic Arts in his Instagram post's text description along with an icon of a football.

Snoop Dogg might think twice about switching to the PlayStation 4, however, as just last week, there was a high-profile service outage for the PlayStation Network. All services for the rival online gaming network of Xbox Live experienced issues, leaving gamers unable to play or purchase games.

The troubles of Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network make for an inauspicious start for the year, which is ironic as the online gaming networks did not experience any difficulties during the holiday season. Nevertheless, both Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network should start getting their act together, unless they want to receive more profanity-laced messages from gamers such as Snoop Dogg.
