Prepaid carrier Cricket Wireless added another affordable offering to its lineup, now selling the ZTE Grand X Max 2 for $199.99.

The phablet carries a massive 6-inch display and comes with good specifications for its price and category. Interested customers can purchase the device either from Cricket's online store, or from one of its physical retail locations.

For those unfamiliar with the handset, here's the deal. The ZTE Grand X Max 2 boasts a massive 6-inch display with a full HD resolution (1,920 X 1080 pixels), an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of built-in storage, expandable up to 64 GB via microSD.

Other specifications include a 13-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel front shooter, and a 3,400 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0, which makes charging 75 percent faster. The technology can juice up the phone from 0 to 50 percent in just half an hour. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE.

On the software front, the ZTE Grand X Max 2 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, which comes with a slew of neat features and functionality.

The carrier is also offering a number of accessories for the handset, albeit they're available for purchase separately. A Premium Screen Protector costs $9.99; a Two-Tone Kickstand Shield costs $24.99; a Wallet Folio costs $29.99; and an InvisibleSHIELD is available for $14.99. The smartphone will need a qualifying monthly service plan, and customers can choose between Basic, Smart and Pro. The starting price for a monthly plan is just $35 per month, using Auto Pay. For $65 a month, meanwhile, customers can get unlimited talk, text and high-speed data.
