CD Projekt Red is bringing the complete The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt adventure to the PlayStation 4 on Aug. 30.

Geralt of Rivia's story as a monster hunter may have come to a close when the game's Blood and Wine DLC was released in May but that doesn't mean the adventure has to end. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition is for players who have not met Geralt or those who have been waiting for just one single package.

As its name suggests, the Complete Edition will bring together the three chapters comprising Geralt's final adventure, allowing players to look for the prophesied child in Wild Hunt, square off with a seemingly undying foe in Hearts of Stone and travel to and discover the secrets of Toussaint in Blood and Wine.

"Put together, it's 150 hours of open-world adventure full of action, exploration, difficult choices, and brutal consequences that will shape the world and hundreds of characters within it," said Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, a game director at CD Projekt Red.

It is not clear, however, if the DLCs are actually on the disc already or if buying the Complete Edition will simply give players the download codes they need.

The Witcher franchise has a lot of fans but Wild Hunt was particularly warmly received, going on to earn more than 800 awards when it came out in 2015. In fact, it's the most awarded game of the year, bringing home more than 250 Game of the Year awards.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition is also the franchise's Game of the Year Edition.

Aside from simply replaying the last installment in the franchise, there's another way to relive Geralt's adventure: through his eyes.

A modder who goes by the name SkacikPL has created a mod that changes the camera perspective in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt during the game so it can be enjoyed from a first-person point of view. The mod still requires some work, but several videos have been released to showcase its progress. In the latest video, the mod allows for realistic movement showing everything that Geralt sees.

Sounds nifty, right? Unfortunately, SkacikPL's mod is only available to the game's PC version, so console players are out of luck.

For those who absolutely loved Gwent in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, here's some good news: the card game is becoming a game of its own. CD Projekt Red confirmed Gwent: The Witcher Card Game during E3 2016.
