Rumors are swirling online about a mysterious LG tablet that has received Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certification. This news will be welcomed by gadget freaks who are looking forward to a new tablet from LG.

The Bluetooth Special Interest Group posting does not divulge any information on the nuances of this mysterious LG tablet where it was listed on Monday, Jan. 9, sporting the model number LG-P451L.

The mysterious LG tablet also found its way to WiFi Alliance. However, while the Bluetooth SIG listing did not reveal anything about the device, the WFA certification disclosed that the LG tablet was running on the latest Android Nougat OS.

What Does LG Have In Store?

Amid all the speculations and rumors circling the tech space, a possibility exists that LG is trying to develop gadgets that house more novel features and boast upgraded software.

The G Pad II 8.3 LTE tablet from LG, which sports a full HD display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels, caused quite a stir on its arrival.

Powered by a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, this LG tablet was a force to be reckoned with. Released in 2015, the LG tablet came preloaded with the Android 5.1.1 operating system. The authentic multimedia experience it offered contributed to its popularity.

LG fans are keeping their fingers crossed that the mysterious tablet, which has received both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth certification, will come with top-notch features and offer an immersive experience.

Not much information regarding the LG-P451L tablet is available at this juncture. Consumers would hope that like its other tablets, LG will kit the device with decent specs and features.

Buyers would hope that the Android Nougat-powered LG tablet has at least an 8-megapixel rear camera, as well as a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Consumers would also be looking forward to a robust battery that offers decent usage support.

Will This Boost LG's Sales?

LG is optimistic that it would be able to give a fillip to its revenue year by introducing some top-notch Android Nougat-powered mobile devices. With its LG G5 flagship smartphone, which released in 2016, the company was not able to attract much consumer interest. This eventually led to the company disabling its modular division.

The South Korean OEM reportedly has the LG G6 - which will allegedly be powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor - lined up for a February launch.

Will the LG-P451L tablet from the company also make its debut alongside the 2017 flagship smartphone? We can only wait and see.
