Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy Note 8 late next month in a press event in New York City. But it's safe to say the handset doesn't hold any more mysteries at this point.

What do we know so far? Well, the Galaxy Note 8 will borrow the Galaxy S8's Infinity Display, probably even some other design elements, too. It will come with either 4 or 6 GB of RAM, rock a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip, and have around 3,300 mAh to as much as 4,000 mAh of battery capacity. Oh, and Samsung plans to ship it by September.

What else is there to know? Will it come with an S Pen? It's a Note phone so — check. Will it feature Samsung's iris scanner? — most likely. What will it look like? Well, that's the one mystery left, it seems. Or is it?

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Alleged Renders

Well, BGR has managed to obtain alleged renders of the handset, showing its final design.

Keep in mind that the renders don't come from Samsung directly, but from mockups created by a third-party case maker based on details and schematics leaked from the factory where the phone is being assembled.

Take a look at the renders below:

The images above are the clearest look we've had at the Note thus far. They come from case maker Ghostek, who also provided renders BGR obtained a while back.

What We Know Based On The Renders

Looking at the screen, it seems the edges still feature rounded corners, which goes against rumors that they'll be more squared off. On the upper bezel appears to be the iris scanner, along with other modules such as the earpiece, the front-facing camera, and others.

The back features an arguably cleaner look than the Galaxy S8. The dual cameras are located on the left, the fingerprint scanner is placed on the right, and the biometrics sensor sits in the middle. They're grouped together inside what looks to be slightly raised enclosement, offering a much cleaner, uniform look.

We can't say for sure, but the back panel is most likely glass, because the Galaxy Note 8 will most likely feature wireless charging similar to the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.

On the bottom of the phone is the S Pen housed inside its S Pen slot, a headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. On the top, there's not much to see. The sides, meanwhile, feature different control buttons, including what presumably is the dedicated Bixby key.
