Cardi B turned herself in after had been charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and one count of assault.

The hip-hop icon's misdemeanor happened during an incident at a strip club in Queens on Aug. 15. The "Bodak Yellow" singer was summoned by the N.Y.P.D. on the morning of Oct. 1. After being charged, she is now expected to appear in court on Oct. 29.

The Incident Involving Cardi B

According to reports, the rapper attacked Angel Strip Club's bartenders at around 3 a.m. She allegedly got into a fight with a 23-year-old staff. During the argument, chairs, bottled, and hookah water pipes were involved. This hurt the bartender and another employee.

The authorities stated that Cardi B and nine people with her had exited the venue following the altercation. However, she agreed to turn herself in after she had been identified by the bartender.

Furthermore, Police suggested that the musician herself was not involved in the incident. However, members of her group did it.

"Apparently, she thinks her celebrity status puts her above the law, since she has bragged to multiple people and on social media that she orchestrated these vicious attacks," said Joseph Tacopina, the lawyer for the bartenders.

Tacopina added that the rapper committed fierce assault to his clients and is now being called into justice for her misdemeanor.

"But reality is setting in, as justice does not care whether her name is Cardi B or Carly B, and she will now answer for her crimes," he stated.

Cardi B's lawyer, Jeff Kern, has also responded to the issue and said that they are expecting the case to be fixed quickly, adding that they have not been presented with evidence to prove that the rapper caused harm to anyone.

Feud With Nicki Minaj

The Bronx local was photographed walking out of the precinct smiling while wearing white heels and a business casual khaki outfit. She was also sporting a platinum blonde hair.

The incident occurred three weeks after the rapper had been involved in a fight with Nicki Minaj during a fashion week party in New York. Videos of the fight even went viral on social media. The multi-awarded rapper was also spotted leaving the venue barefoot, and with a huge lump on her forehead. The two rappers have been building up tension since last year.
