Apple iOS 14.3 update

The iOS 14.3 for Apple's very own smart speakers does come along with the pretty generic and sparse release notes saying that the update will just generally improve the performance as well as the devices' stability. The use of words might not be too impressive but there are reportedly a few good upgrades that will hit the device.

According to 9to5mac, the release, as of the moment, does not look like it includes the brand new handoff experience between both the HomePod mini and the iPhone with the new U1 chip. It was said, however, that unless Apple decides to push back its supposed timeline, fans will be able to see this happen at the end of this year.

HomePod Mini and HomePod iOS 14.3 changes

The update is now reportedly rolling out and in order to get it, all users will have to do is to head to the official Home App and simply select HomePod or HomePods. After this, head directly to the settings located somewhere on the bottom right corner to simply check for the needed update.

iOS 14.3 reportedly arrived just recently along with a host of different features as well as changes. The few notable big changes that could happen. These changes will also be shared with the other Apple products making them work together much better.

  • ProRaw photo format

  • Support for Apple Fitness+

  • Support for new AirPods Max

  • New privacy known as "nutrition labels"

There will also be the watchOS 7.2, the tvOS 14.3, and of course, the macOS 11.1

According to an article by AppleInsider, the said HomePod mini reportedly released back in November for the price of $100 and was able to feature the very same Siri interactions as well as the great sound association along with the original HomePod. A review by AppleInsider generally gave this particular device 4.5 out of 5. This is not bad for a smart speaker.

The increase of smarthomes

Although the HomePod is already known by some, the HomePod mini is still relatively new and is still gaining traction. The particular device is technically an additional smart home device aimed to make lives more simple through the use of automation and voice control.

Smarthomes have really taken off through the course of just a few decades as people are looking for ways to make lives much easier. From voice controls to digital virtual assistants, smarthomes are now becoming more popular as many people are starting to enjoy the convenience of them. Apple is not behind in this front as its Siri even gets an upgrade in order to better perform. The HomePod iOS 14.3 changes include a few more to make everything a tad more comfortable.
