The new protagonist of the game is named Mono, who is also a small person just like Six, the main character of "Little Nightmares." However, the appearance of the new main character is wearing a paper bag with holes in his eyes.

Playing as Mono, you'll find a new friend that will accompany you in the dark forest. You will discover that you are in a mysteriously deserted city, leaving you no choice but to move forward. Your character and his friend will eventually arrive in a classroom.

When the spooky teacher comes to investigate, hide in the open box with files on top of it, towards the top of the room.

You need to grab the key when the door is closed and retreat through the gate that opens. If the dolls have their heads down, that's a sign that you need to hide since the teacher is coming.

There's an instance where you need to follow her as she walks the room, which is really hard to do. Once you are in the other room, you need to climb up the bookshelf to grab the key. However, it will automatically fall that will trigger the teacher. The bookshelf falls, you need to quickly hide inside the box beside it and wait for the teacher to leave the room before grabbing the key.

'Little Nightmare 2' Ending's explanation

Game Revolutions reported that there are many twists in the ending of the new "Little Nightmares 2." The first one is Mono is actually the Thin Man. This happened after Six betrayed him.
