"Genshin Impact" 1.3 update also provides great changes and enhancements that players will surely enjoy. It is also the one that brought the famous Lantern Rite event. However, this popular event is about to end.

According to Forbes' previous report, the final quest of the Lantern Rite event already arrived on Feb. 18. This finale means that the players have to finish a final mission using the recently-released hero Xiao, the lonely demi-god who hates crowds.

Ayaka Banner's release date

On the other hand, HITC reported that the Ayaka banner is allegedly arriving on Mar. 17. This means that Ayaka will be the first banner in the upcoming "Genshin Impact" 1.4 updates. However, this could only happen if MiHoYo, the game's developer, maintain their pace of six weeks per version.

If the six-week separation is also followed properly by the game developer, the new update will arrive in Mar. 17 since the 1.3 updates were released on Feb. 3. However, it is important to remember that the rumored release date didn't come from MiHoYo. The info was suggested by insider NEP NEP on Twitter back in December.

Meanwhile, the arrival of Ayaka's Banner could really happen since she is connected with Xiao.

Ayaka is not the only new character that could arrive on "Genshin Impact" 1.4 updates.  MiHoYo has already announced the arrival of Hu Tao, one of the Pyro Polearm users players have been waiting for a long time. On the other hand, previous rumors stated that the only character that would arrive on the game's 1.4 updates is Rosaria.

New 'Genshin Impact' Playable Character?

You and Dain fight together against the Abyss Herald, but just as you gain the upper hand, someone familiar appears and stops you... It is your long-lost sibling," as stated in the leaked link.
Dimbreath also clarified that the information he leaks will still depend on the decision of MiHoYo production. He added that the info is still subject to change.

"I will always keep mentioning that any content not up in the Live client is prone to change. So any leaks, data mines, etc. you see have to be taken with salt," said the leaker.
