"Fortnite" Season 6 is here and wild animals are a massive part of the update. Game players can tame the animals in the game and have them join their side.

'Fortnite' Season 6 update

"Fortnite," an online video game developed by Epic Games, just began its latest season, which focuses more on going back in time and turning Primal.

In this era, game players can find Primal themed weapons, new locations on the map, a new battle pass to complete, and wild animals running around, as noted by Fortnite Insider.

While some can be used for hunting and collecting bone and meat for healing and crafting, game players can also get these wild animals to join their cause by taming them.

After the Zero Point Finale for "Fornite" season 5, the whole universe as we knew it was falling apart. At that moment, game players need to close up these alternate portals that were changing the fabric of the universe.

At the end of it, everything went back to the Primal ages, and the previous location of the Zero Point orb has been transformed into the Spire, which is where Season 6 picks up.

While the story continues to unfold throughout the rest of the season, it is important to mention that there are a lot of things that players can do to stay occupied.

According to PCInvasion, players can tame wild animals and have them fight alongside you, making it easier to take down enemies instead of fighting alone.

How To tame animals in 'Fortnite' Season 6

"Fortnite" season 6 has three different wild animals that game players will come across. They are boars, chickens, and wolves. Here's how game players can tame them all:In order to tame wild boars, game players need to throw fruit or a vegetable near the boar without it noticing you. As soon as it starts eating the fruit or vegetable that you threw, slowly sneak up to the wild boar and hold the interact bottom to tame it.

To tame wild chickens, "Fortnite" season 6 has the same strategy as "Zelda" as players need to grab the chicken to tame it, which would also allow players to glide for some time.

To tame wolves, eliminate the rest of the wolf pack but leave one behind. Similar to the boar, use the meat and throw it near the remaining wolf and hide. When the wolf is distracted, go near it and interact with it to tame it.

It is still unsure if "Fortnite" will add more wild animals in the future, but for now, the chickens and the wolves are likely the most useful out of the bunch, but the boars can be used as a great distraction too. It will be very interesting to see how the rest of the season will evolve moving forward.

"Fortnite" season 6 is currently available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Android devices.
