Samsung Galaxy Book Go rumors have started spreading. Could the smartphone company be finally adding another product? When Samsung revealed what was noted to be its "most powerful Galaxy" in May, it was generally expected that another unusual Galaxy would eventually show up.

Samsung Galaxy Book Go Rumors

According to SlashGear in its June 2 report, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go, however, is not exactly as powerful as far as all rumors go. Still, it jas its radiant appeal, or at least Samsung is now trying to make it sound more appealing, with its main focus on battery life and mobility.

With its Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cx and 7c compute platforms, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go series is considered the latest addition to an otherwise rather small group of Windows 10 on the popular ARM laptops. The ARM platform now naturally has quite the appeal when it comes to the computing industry due to its almost innate power efficiency that now makes them ideal for other smaller or mobile devices.

Samsung Galaxy Book Go ARM-Based Laptops

Although the new ARM-based laptops are not technically new, the Apple M1 definitely made them much more interesting due to the point that even the mainstream media, as well as the consumers have become more aware of other processors aside from Intel, AMD, and even the still popular Qualcomm.

Of course, the new Apple M1 MAcs are also quite a challenge to Samsung, Qualcomm, and Windows, whose products are currently directed towards Apple's most powerful computers so far. The arrival of the new Galaxy Book Go series could be the answer to the Apple M1 Macs pushing the themes of connectivity and mobility for productivity on the go.

Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 and 8cx Gen

The connectivity is now delivered through the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 for the other LTE-only Galaxy Book Go and the much more powerful Snapdragon 8cx Gen for the new Galaxy Book Go 5G. When it comes to the other aspects, however, no two are quite alike.

Both are reportedly sporting the 14-inch 1920x1080 screens, the 64GB or 128GB eUFS storage, and 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. Since it is reportedly running on the Windows 10 ARM, it has already accessed the same Link to Windows and even Your PPhone functionality that now lets users mirror its Android apps on Windows.

Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 Release Date

It also supports using the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 as its second screen. It can now easily pair with the Samsung Galaxy Bud for Bluetooth audio. According to Samsung, the Galaxy Book Go, along with Snapdragon 7c Gen 2, is now launching on June 10 with its starting price of $349. The Samsung Galaxy Book Go 5G is expected to run on a Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 chip which would come around later this summer for an unknown price as of the moment.
