Apple Tower Theatre is right at the heart of downtown Los Angeles, California, and it has opened its doors for people to see and experience a retail store, with preservation on its mind. Instead of going with the modern and minimalist stores as seen mostly from the Cupertino giant, this captures a traditional and elegant look that captured its 1927 design.

Preservation instead of tearing down was what Apple had done with the Tower Theatre, and it provided a stunning place to showcase what the Cupertino giant has to offer, as one of its retail stores.

According to Apple, the Tower Theatre is the 26th Apple Store in greater Los Angeles and has a massive team of 100 employees in the store alone. Moreover, the theatre captures most of its original design from the 1920s, as designed by S. Charles Lee, the architect behind the Tower Theatre.

The location's address is at 802 S Broadway, in downtown Los Angeles, which is right at the heart of the city's bustling arts, music, film, and creative district. Additionally, it captures the unique architecture that was debuted by Lee in 1927, the Baroque Revival design that has hints of a classic look from Rome, Italy's 1600 era.

This Apple Store is an icon, especially as it captures something special for Apple and the Tower Theatre, without sacrificing what both entities stand for. Tower Theatre screams of culture and art, while Apple is all about technology, and the new retail store represents both elements in one, harmonizing with each other to bring something fresh to people.

Apple is also offering a workshop called "Creative Studios LA," which would focus on an in-store event that will help aspiring artists and creatives to focus more on their craft. The event would take place from June 26 to July 22, for people to learn and acquire new skills. People would need to register on the link above to join and secure a spot.

Apple Stores with Unique Architecture

Apple Stores have mostly been simple and minimalist looking, but being in iconic locations has given Apple the chance to focus on creativity and fusing both designs, despite being out of each other's leagues. Rome's Apple Store in Via del Corso has also captured the architecture of the place that surrounds it and did not change much for it.

On the other hand, the orb-looking one in Singapore's Marina Bay Sands also captures the aesthetics of the location, especially as it leans more into the modern look and design of the district. Here, Apple was able to capture more of its modern minimalist concept, without necessarily going away from the elegant and luxurious feels of the Sands.
