When Netflix released the popular game-based series "Arcane: League of Legends," many non-"LoL" fans were intrigued with the feature characters.

These include Jinx, the main character of the series, as well as its adoptive father of her, Silco. Despite Silco being unavailable in the actual Riot Games' title, many viewers were still attracted to his characteristics.

Aside from these two, Warwick (Dr. Vander), Heimerdinger, and other familiar names got the viewers' attention. However, how can "Arcane" really help Riot Games attract non-"League of Legends" fans?

Here are other details you need to know about the series' impacts on its viewers to give you more idea.

How 'Arcane' Attracts Non-'LoL' Fans

According to Games Radar's latest report, there are many factors of the game-based Netflix that can impact non-"League of Legends" fans.

These include the show's depictions of Piltover, one of the most popular regions in the Summoner's Rift. The first three episodes of "Arcane: League of Legends" were able to show the chaotic, brutal, and beautiful city of Piltover.

Aside from this place, the easy-on-the-eyes graphics of the show also allow the viewers to focus on the important details of the series. Unlike other TV shows or movies based on popular games, "Arcane" doesn't have HD graphics.

Instead, the producer of the series decided to rely on a hand-painted animation style, which is compatible with the backstories of the featured "League of Legends" characters. You can view this link to see more details.

Popularity of 'LoL'

Based on the latest data of League Feed, the popular strategy title of Riot Games was able to attract more than 180 million monthly players this 2022.

Because of this achievement, "League of Legends" became one of the "King of Games." This was also made possible by Riot Games' continuous efforts, such as updates, tournaments, champions, and the "Arcane" series.

In other news, new "League of Legends"-based games would arrive by 2022. On the other hand, the new title "Project L" is also expected to be launched.
