Slack Technologies confirmed that it could fix the latest outage of the platform, which happened on Feb. 22.

"We've resolved the issue, and all impacted customers should now be able to access Slack," said the software company via its official Slack Status page.
The recent outage was widely experienced since it prevented people from sending messages and even opening their accounts.
But, thanks to the efforts made by Slack Technologies' team, the issue was resolved and didn't last for days.
Slack Troubleshooting Tips
According to How-To Geek's latest report, some Slack users may still be unlucky even after the fix was rolled out for the popular communication platform.

Slack Technologies also said that users need to reload their Slack accounts to fix the issue on their end. The company added that if reloading the page doesn't work, the best thing they can do is to follow the system path below to clear the cache:
- Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart from the app menu
On the other hand, the company thanked its consumers for staying patient during the outage. But, if you are still experiencing some issues, you might try these troubleshooting methods.
How To Fix Slack Issues
Troubleshooting methods can be quite handy when it comes to solving app issues. This also goes for Slack's platform:
- One of the most effective troubleshooting methods you can rely on is reinstalling/restarting/updating your Slack app.
- Using the web version of Slack can also solve the issues, such as login bugs. If you want to use this, just open any browser and visit Slack.com. Once you are there, just choose the "Use Slack in Your Browser" option.
