Google Play Store once again removed a feature that will allow the users to see the recent updates for the applications.

With that being said, Android users remained confused as to why the company got rid of the "Last Updated" in the most recent change. However, the file size of the app, as well as its version number, remains visible to the public despite the removal.

Once again, Google Play Store removed the "Last Updated" section on the platform.

While users noticed that this feature was once again unavailable to the app store, it's not the first time that the search engine giant has done that. Back in November, Google removed this feature but not to all users.

However, when backlash emerged about it, the firm immediately brought it back to the Play Store.

The latest report from Digital Trends indicated that this feature was removed for the second time. Android users should notice that the "last updated" section is nowhere to be seen at the moment.

It is to note that removing this kind of feature could impact how users check the app updates on Google Play Store. It helps them take a glimpse of the app before they download it on their device.

Users who have already installed games or software from the app store will need to check it once again to see if there are necessary updates to be tapped.

The Play Store won't present any information about the app as of press time, but the removed feature can still be accessible for browser users. For desktop people, you can still browse over the details just below the customer reviews, under the " Additional Information section."

Google has not yet released some information about how long it will keep the "Last Updated" feature on the browser version. For more details, you can check it on the web.

What happened in November affected a lot of Android users. In a similar report by the tech site, some of them reportedly switched to Apple because of the sudden removal of the feature. Having said that, people favored the changes that the Cupertino giant made to its apps upon their launch.
