'Far Cry 6' Stranger Things Crossover
The game publisher Ubisoft is releasing the new Stranger Things crossover of "Far Cry 6," along with its offering to give away the gaming title for free, at least for a limited time, as per a news story by GameSpot.
The new crossover mission on "Far Cry 6" of the hit Netflix adventure series goes by the name "The Vanishing" arrives on March 24.
The Vanishing gives "Far Cry 6" players a mission to save their in-game cute puppy, Chorizo, as he went missing. The sudden disappearance of the little creature appears to have something to do with the wrath of the demogorgon, the antagonist on Stranger Things.
'Far Cry 6' Stranger Things Crossover for FREE
On the same day of the Stranger Things crossover release, the entire "Far Cry 6" will also be free to download and play until March 27.
In fact, according to a recent report by PC Gamer, "Far Cry 6" could already be preloaded on both the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect as of writing.

As such, one the period when the Ubisoft gaming title is already free hits, those who have preloaded it could start their "Far Cry 6" experience, along with the new Vanishing crossover mission.
'Far Cry 6' Discounts
Aside from the limited free-to-play experience of "Far Cry 6," Ubisoft is also cutting down the price of the entire game for up to a whopping 50 percent discount. Not to mention that The Season Pass carries a 35 percent slash on its price tag as well.
The massive price cuts come alongside the arrival of the Stranger Things crossover, The Vanishing, and the free limited-time experience of the open-world adventure game.
The discount offerings are also available from March 24 up to March 27.

Stranger Things Season 4
Meanwhile, the Stranger Things crossover on "Far Cry 6" is releasing a few months before the first part of the Season of the hit Netflix series debuts in May.

On the other hand, the streaming service is releasing its second part sometime in July.
