A tweet started a conversation earlier today, and it talks about how Tesla's return to the office is portraying an everyday job experience that most people dread: a 40-hour per week setup for everyone. The information came from the CEO and co-founder of Atlassian, Scott Farquhar, which also made a thread regarding their experience in the different companies.

Here, a person replied and included a video of a Tesla worker's testament to the experience in the company, and it talks about what happens within the company. It spoke about no "blue or white distinction" in the company, and everyone is equal despite doing different work from the other.

Musk replied that "everyone is a worker" and that there is "no ivory tower stuff" in the company as the treatment would be the same for all employees in Tesla. There is no special treatment in Tesla as everyone is equal and the same.

Everyone eats same food, uses same restrooms, etc – no executive chef or other ivory tower stuff.

The recent pandemic saw a remote working experience, but that is now changing as the pandemic is losing its restrictions, and Musk is saying that workers are to return.

The company also has many job openings and opportunities at its current setup, with the careers available online for people to browse, apply for, and determine where they fit. Alternatively, they may check the Twitter account of the tech CEO as he announces the company's needs regarding its jobs that are available for everyone.

There are many accounts regarding Tesla's work environment, and several people also wonder what the experience is when working in one of the massive companies in the world. However, as the CEO said, there is nothing special here, as everyone is a "worker" and does not have special treatment from those working at the factory, to the offices, and up to its management.
