Sony's odd-looking Bluetooth earphones contain a ring-shaped speaker with a hole in the middle that allows the sound of the outside environment in for user awareness.

They cost $158 on Amazon and are low-profile, with wings that wrap into your ear's concha to keep them in place. It could take some getting used to the fit, but they provide good sound quality since they are sweat-resistant to IPX4 and can last 5.5 hours between charges or 17.5 hours overall with their tiny charging case.

Bose's newest Frames Tempo Bluetooth audio sunglasses are sweat-resistant and include replaceable lenses. They sound unexpectedly fantastic, with more bass and full audio instead of bone conduction. Unless they are quite close to you, others will not be able to hear your music at typical volumes. The product is currently priced at $199 on Amazon.

If you see its high price, you can also buy sunglasses which are used for active purposes. Check out the styles and ensure your preferred frame.

If you have a smartwatch, it would almost surely be able to monitor your jogging in great detail, just like it can track your music offline. Heart rate, distance, pace, GPS tracking, and other advanced data are all included in most.

Some more advanced fitness trackers accomplish the same thing, albeit anyone without GPS can only determine distance based on their movement, which is inaccurate and difficult to utilize for training.

You can buy this cool  FITVII Fitness Tracker on Amazon for only $42.99.
