He claimed that the giant iPhone maker is now considering updating the HomePod Mini. Although he hasn't shared the specific details of the new version, the analyst believes it will be an impressive update.
Aside from this, the updated full-size HomePod version is also expected to arrive together with the new HomePod Mini.

According to Apple Insider's latest report, the tech manufacturer's HomePod Mini sales suddenly increased.

On the other hand, the full-size HomePod, discontinued ever since 2021, is also experiencing rising demands.
As of writing, consumers wanting the larger HomePod can only purchase it from scalpers selling the speakers at higher rates.
Since both of these smart home devices are still in demand, this means that there's a high chance that Apple will really release their updated versions.
Gurman claimed that the refresh HomePod Mini and HomePod full-size will be launched as early as 2023. This estimated release date is also seen in the timeline recently provided by Ming-Chi Kuo, another reliable Apple enthusiast.
Refresh HomePod Features and Other Details
MacRumors reported that the new full-size HomePod model would be integrated with an S8 SoC. On the other hand, it is also expected to have a new multi-touch display on its top.
However, Apple hasn't confirmed these enhancements yet. This is why it is important to take it with a grain of salt.
Aside from the new HomePod Mini and full-size models, the tech giant firm is also rumored to be working on other smart home gadgets.
One of them is speculated to be combining the FaceTime camera and Apple TV functions. On the other hand, a robotic arm with an iPad and a speaker may also arrive.
