Since Apple released its version of the year-in reviews for its Apple Music app, the Replay has been a staple to users of the streaming platform, and this year, the company is right on the dot for its availability. Apple Music Replay 2023 is now accessible for users to get to know how their music taste changed this year, which songs were their top streams, artists, and more.

This is Apple's take against the renowned year-in-review that Spotify Wrapped has offered through the years as well, centering among its users in the app.

Venturing into your Apple Music app in the Mac, iPhone, iPad, or your browser, you will get a pop-up message that invites you to try the Apple Music Replay 2023, which the company recently made available for all.

Usually, this service arrives during the last week of November (around Nov. 29) or by the earliest dates of December for users. Still, they may access the service by heading to the dedicated website for this year-in-review feature from Apple.

It may not yet be available for all users, or its pop-up notification is yet to show up, but it is already live from Apple, accessible for subscribers of its service. It offers insights into one's top songs streamed for this year starting January 2023, alongside the top artists which they listened to, the top albums, and other useful insights into one's streaming activity.

Apple Music Replay: Its History

Since 2019, Apple offered the Apple Music Replay for its users, and it provided analytics and information about their streaming history, offering significant insight as to how they dived into the world of music. The experience has been a yearly tradition for the company that continued throughout the pandemic, and it gave people an idea of their listening activity on the platform.

While Apple's Replay is meant for users streaming via the Apple Music app, there are its competitors which also give year-in reviews for their respective platforms and users. Spotify has its Wrapped and Deezer offers the #MydeezerYear, both focusing on giving users analytics and a review of their listening history throughout the entire year, all resetting once the new year starts.

While it is not mandatory to see your Apple Music Replay 2023, it provides a deep insight into your streaming activity on the app, also offering a look back on your entire year where music has been your companion on different occasions or hard times.
