There are new rumors that claim iOS 18 will get a redesign, and it is not only centering on the smartphone experience, but it will deliver a visionOS-like look once it arrives. The massive success of Apple's Vision Pro and mixed reality experiences are said to be an inspiration for Cupertino's further developments, including an aspect of it for the iOS 18.

Various reports of the iOS 18 getting visionOS-like elements are appearing, and a new claim from MacRumors said that the upcoming software for the iPhone will soon see the interface of the renowned wearable. It was leaked by an anonymous source who claimed that they received this new information from an iOS engineer, a claim that remains in question.

The new claim shows an iPhone frame template that reflects high depth translucency, glass-like buttons, and reflective edges to the iOS.

Moreover, it will be a part of iOS 18's Apple Design Resources that would allow developers to design apps using dedicated software like Photoshop and Sketch.

What to Expect from iOS 18's Redesign

Rumors behind the iOS 18 claim that there would be a redesign, one that will revamp the experience that it has followed since iOS 7, and then revamp in further releases like the IOS 14 and iOS 16.
