The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice teaser trailer is definitely showing alongside Mad Max: Fury Road. Composer, Tom Holkenborg, who is also known as Junkie XL, confirmed on Twitter that the trailer is coming, so what should we expect?
Well, we wouldn't suggest to fans that they should expect a lot from the upcoming teaser trailer. After all, it is just a teaser, something to hold fans over until the real deal pops up at a later date. Probably at San Diego Comic Con, or even after that.
Since this is a film about Batman and Superman, we certainly believe both heroes will make an appearance. Do not look out for scenes from the confrontation between the two, because Warner Bros. wouldn't want to spoil something so closely linked to the story.
Remember that teaser released at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con? Yes, we bet this teaser trailer will end with that very scene. Batman in Gotham, shining the Bat signal at an angry Superman, who is hovering above with eyes red as blood.
A teaser trailer about a film of such magnitude will not be perfect without someone narrating in the background. So who will do the narration? We have a feeling it is going to be Batman. Bear in mind that from what we have seen from the movie during production, Superman is being portrayed as the enemy here, mainly because of the destruction caused during the battle of the Kryptonians.
Furthermore, if Superman did not end up on Earth, chances are these Kryptonians would never find the planet. Therefore, we believe he may have to answer to all these accusations, one way or the other. We may even get to see protests in the streets from people who want this alien to go back to where he came from.
What about Batman kicking butt?
We've heard on several occasions that this new Batman will be more like the comic books, and not stiff when compared to Christian Bale's rendition of the character. It means Ben Affleck's rendition should be able to fight in ways we've never seen Batman fight before on the big screen.
If the teaser shows us the Batman we want, fans will lose their minds.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, trailer is set for showing on May 15, and the full film is scheduled for release on March 25, 2016.
