Fans have been wondering just what Chris Pratt's character would be doing in the latest Jurassic Park film. He is a dinosaur expert of some sort, and previous looks at the film seemed to indicate he might even be a dino-trainer.

Now it's official: Chris Pratt is actually a raptor. Or at least, the raptors he trains in the film think he is. He has somehow earned their respect and don't immediately gobble him up.

That might come in handy now that a genetically modified super-dinosaur (engineered as a new attraction to bring in more visitors to the park) breaks free and begins to murder everything in sight. From gobbling up humans to killing its fellow dinosaurs for sport, this is one creature you don't want to mess with. It's even smart enough to claw out a tracking device embedded in its skin.

Okay, that's kind of terrifying. It's going to be up to Chris Pratt and his gang of dinosaur friends to save the day from the beast, but you can bet there is going to be plenty of running and screaming before it's all over.

We also get a look at tons of new dinosaurs in the trailer. Yay dinosaurs! But enough of my babbling, check out the trailer for yourself.

You can check out the latest poster for the film below as well, featuring Pratt and his team of raptors in all their glory.

I think it goes without saying that Jurassic World is going to be unlike any other film in the series. Whether that is a good or a bad thing remains to be seen.

Jurassic World stomps into theaters June 12, 2015.
