The Xbox Ultimate Game Sale has come at a perfect time then, as Microsoft is steeply discounting dozens of games across the Xbox One and Xbox 360.
There are way too many deals to go into in-depth, but there are a number of standout choices. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China, the downloadable only side-scrolling Assassin's Creed game, will be 40 percent off for all users and 50 percent off for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. Here too there are some good deals to be had, especially if you've been holding out on grabbing those Destiny expansions. Both the House of Wolves and Dark Below expansions are 25 percent off, as is the Destiny expansion pass on Xbox One and Xbox 360. 360 gamers can choose from a number of additional discounted games as part of the deal, ranging from Battlestations: Midway for 80 percent off to Warhammer 40k: Space Marine at a 60 percent discount. Those on Xbox One can pick up Lords of the Fallen at a 60 percent discount and/or Funk of the Titans for 50 percent off.
