Netflix October 2015: The Complete List Of Movies And TV Shows Being Added To And Leaving Instant Streaming

Summer may have seen the series premieres of Narcos and Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp as well as the new season premieres of Orange is the New Black and BoJack Horseman, but this fall is when Netflix is really going to bring it.

One reason for that is Netflix will finally be making its foray into feature films with the debut of its first original movie Beasts of No Nation. The film tackles the topic of child soldiers in Africa, stars Idris Elba and comes from director Cary Joji Fukunaga, who was at the helm of Season 1 of True Detective. Taking all of that into account, Beasts of No Nation probably won't be Netflix's last original movie, either.

That's not all that's new on the Netflix Originals front. Netflix will also be premiering a new original documentary called Winter on Fire, which chronicles the new civil rights movement in Ukraine. You'll also see new comedy specials from Anjelah Johnson and Anthony Jeselnik next month as well as the third and final season of the horror series Hemlock Grove.

If you want to see what's going on outside of Netflix Originals, there's plenty of new movie and TV show titles coming to Instant Streaming in October as well. You'll be able to catch up on past seasons of your favorite shows from the CW, such as The Flash, Arrow and Jane the Virgin. Movies like American Pie, Batman Begins and The Bourne Supremacy will keep you entertained on a chilly fall night in. There's also lots of new HGTV programming arriving on Netflix next month, such as more episodes of Extreme Homes, Design on a Dime and House Hunters Renovation for when you're looking for a new guilty pleasure.

Unfortunately, every month is always out with the old and in with the new at Netflix, and October is no exception. Famous films like Annie Hall, The Big Lebowski and The Exorcist will all be leaving Netflix next month, and who knows when they'll be back to stream?
