New rumors have claimed that Warner Bros. is planning something Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice-related when Supergirl airs on Oct. 26, along with Gotham.

From what we've come to understand, Warner Bros. plans to showcase a teaser trailer of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice alongside Supergirl and Gotham. Superman will be featured as the main hero in the Supergirl version of the trailer and Batman in the Gotham version.

Two trailers will be shown, and each will showcase different aspects of the movie. Now, as stated above, these are teaser trailers. They are designed to help launch the second full-length trailer for the movie in November.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that we're getting a second trailer so soon because the film is coming out on March 25, 2016. That's six months away, but in no time the days will pass quickly, and we'll be preparing ourselves to make a run at the theater.

It is claimed that this new full-length trailer could air alongside Creed, James Bond: Spectre, or The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2.

At the end of the day, we're not putting much faith into this rumor due to similar stories in the past turning out to be entirely false. Last year, several stories on the web claimed that the first Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer would be shown alongside several films, and it didn't materialize.

Those who are interested in seeing if this latest round of rumors is real can watch Supergirl on Oct. 26 on CBS while Gotham will continue with its second season on Fox.
