Users who usually forget to bring chargers for their iPhones, or simply forgot to charge up their iPhones before leaving the house or office, and then finding their devices running on empty batteries could now have a solution with the Nomad Wallet.

Sure, users can forget to bring chargers or charge up their iPhones. Although, it's a safe bet that it's less likely for users to forget their wallets, and that is what Nomad is banking on with the new product.

The Nomad Wallet for iPhone looks like a common wallet. However, hidden within it is a 2,400 mAh battery that would be able to provide a full charge to an iPhone 6s. According to the company, it utilized an advanced SoC microprocessor to pack the battery into the folds of the Nomad Wallet, as part of the company's mission of creating minimalist and convenient products that can be integrated into the everyday lifestyle of users.

The battery is located in the spine of the wallet, and users can charge up their iPhones by connecting it through the 3.5-inch Lightning cable that is also hidden away within the wallet. Despite the battery and Lightning cable tucked away within the wallet, Nomad said that it was able to create a product that is just about the same size as a normal wallet, measuring 4.9 inches by 3.7 inches and only 0.98 inches thick. Six cards can be placed inside it, along with bills in the wallet's main compartment.

Nomad also noted that the Lightning plug used for the product is purchased directly from Apple, so there would be no quality issues with the component. The company added that the product has been tested in both cold and hot environments and has gone through several prototypes before its release.

Preorders for the Nomad Wallet for iPhone is ongoing, with a special price of $79.99 compared to the retail price of $99.99. The product will begin shipping on Nov. 15, which is also when the full price will be kicking in.

Nomad will also provide free shipping for orders over $75 in the United States and for orders over $150 worldwide. The product will also be made available through Best Buy stores.
