South Korean tech company LG has just unveiled its latest smartphone and tablet accessory, the Rolly Keyboard 2, which promises to give users an easier time in creating documents using their handsets.

The successor to the LG Rolly, this wireless device comes with five rows of keys instead of the four rows seen on the first-gen version. However, it still retains the original's rollup functionality to make it convenient for owners to carry around its 161-gram (5.68-ounce) frame with them.

Some of the Rolly Keyboard 2's new features include a tab key at the bottom of the pad, which makes it easier to unfurl the device, as well as improved Bluetooth support, which now allows users to pair the keyboard with three other Android, Windows or iOS devices.

The accessory comes in at 274 × 31.7 × 30.7 millimeters (10.8 x 1.24 x 1.2 inches), and it's powered by a Type 1 AAA battery.

So far, the new LG QWERTY keyboard is only available to customers in Korea for 129,000 won ($110) per units, much like its predecessor. Although its price tag is a bit expensive considering that it is just a smartphone accessory, some fans are hoping that it could get discounted by the time it reaches stores in the United States.

If you can't wait to get your hands on this portable smartphone accessory, you can try out the original LG Rolly. It's available on LG's online store for $119.99, but you can also look out for other prices for the device at an LG device carrier near you.

The LG Rolly is also compatible with any smartphone or tablet that runs on either Android, Windows or iOS.

Other portable keyboards available in the market include the Cervantes Mobile Jorno, the iWerkz Universal Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard, the Perixx Perboard-805L, the Targus Universal Foldable Keyboard and the Zagg Pocket Keyboard.
