Halloween 2021 is still amidst the pandemic, and people are still expected to be vaccinated and masked up when going out to avoid the spread of the virus infecting others.
Best Horror Video Game Titles for Halloween 2021
"Fatal Frame" is one game that is recommended for Halloween 2021, but it has not yet been released and will be available to the public not earlier than October 28.
So with that, it does not make a list, but it still does get a special mention as it is one of the most anticipated titles from the franchise that specializes in horror and urban myths.
'Resident Evil Village'
"Resident Evil Village," a.k.a. "Resident Evil VIII," is a sequel to the highly popular franchise of CAPCOM that focuses on the Umbrella Corporation and the problems of biological weapons and creatures. Here, characters like Ethan Winters, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, and more have done a lot to stop the nefarious threats to human existence.
"RE: Village" continues where "RE: VII" left off, where it redefined the game's tone or mood into a more horror genre, instead of a survival action game that focuses on monsters. The scares and thrill here are legitimate, something to make you jump off your seat.
'Until Dawn'
"Until Dawn" is a classic horror survival game and masterpiece that focuses on eight lead characters to choose from and survive the macabre and occult. Here, players need to journey to Blackwood Mountain and escape the harrowing incidents that present themselves.
The game is an interactive horror, meaning it has more to offer than cheesy jump scares.

'Back 4 Blood'

'Little Nightmares II'
The prequel to the 2017 puzzle-platformer horror title from Tarsier Records, "Little Nightmares II", is one highly-acclaimed game for 2021 and is sure to complete the Halloween 2021 experience. The game is one that was said to do its predecessor justice and is a one for the books.
