Fixing WiFi Issue on Android Device

Google's official Support website explained that there are some signs you can check to see if your device has a bad connection. These include the following:

  • You can't load web pages in a browser.
  • Downloads don't start, time out, or remain at 0%.
  • Google Play is stuck on "Loading..."

If you see these signs, then it's time for you to troubleshoot your device's internet connectivity.

  • The first thing you need to do is restart your Google Pixel handset.
  • If that doesn't work, you can try switching from WiFi to mobile data or WiFi to airplane mode. Do this a couple more times and check if the WiFi is already working.
