The company revealed this via their showcase at the last end of March with the Game Developers' Conference 2022 (GDC), partnering with another company that will bring the experience to a whole new level.
PlayStation revealed that its eye-tracking features will focus on pupil diameter, gaze position and rotation, blink states, and its validity for the mentioned factors.
It is high time for PlayStation to bring an update for its VR device as the first one is already reaching six years old in production.

There already is a patent that appeared on platforms regarding the new PlayStation VR's next release, and it will be the second product of the company regarding virtual reality. The company is aiming to bring this device for everyone to use, and it will pair with the PlayStation 5's console for access to the company's offers.
