One of the features here is the password protection that may be enabled by setting up one's lock screen, and it will help secure one's gadget from others.

The console controls will serve as the numbers, and they will correspond to specific codes set by the user, providing a PIN lock feature like on smartphone devices.

According to Valve, the Lock Screen update brings other features, including the Updated Achievements Page, Localized Keyboards, Multiple Window Switching, and other SteamOS updates.

Users can go to Valve Steam Deck's settings and look for the security page that holds the Lock Screen to set up.

Valve offers users to nominate a 6-PIN passcode available through the device's controls, each corresponding to a certain number.
